Ironridge's Universal Fastening Object (UFO) arrives assembled, lubricated and has integrated grounding for a safer solar installation. Oh — and it looks like a UFO, too. So, for its 2016 product launch, we crafted a campaign featuring UFO-inspired logotype inspired by the product’s recognizable circular clamp. The UFO sold out in just 32 days, and an additional manufacturer was sourced keep up with demand. To date, 50 million UFOs have been sold and 50% of residential solar panels have been secured with them since.
