Ironridge's Universal Fastening Object (UFO) arrives assembled, lubricated and has integrated grounding for a safer solar installation — and it even looks like a UFO, too. So, for its 2016 product launch, we crafted a campaign featuring the UFO-inspired logotype and the product’s recognizable circular clamp. The UFO sold out in just 32 days, and an additional manufacturer was sourced to keep up with demand. To date, over 50 million UFOs have been sold and more than 50% of residential solar panels have been secured with them since.
